Do you have a physical store I can visit?
At the moment, Native & Sewn is primarily an online-only business with no physical storefront or showroom location.

Do you have a return policy?
We sure do! Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. We offer alteration credit up to $15. If your garment is unalterable, we'll remake it. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund or provide you with store credit.

Is your site safe?
Yes! We take security very seriously. Transactions on our site are encrypted using Comodo SSL Certificate. But our dedication to security does not stop there, we continuously monitor for updates for the various software we use and make it a top priority to install any security patches as soon as there available.
For added security, we do not store any of your sensitive information on our servers (credit card numbers, CVV2 numbers and expiration dates).

What is SSL security?
Our website uses SSL security from start to finish. You may have noticed from that lock icon near our address in the URL bar. That means your browser has detected that you are browsing our SSL secure online shop.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. All data passed between the web server (us) and browsers (you) remain private and encrypted.
From the moment you landed on our site, to the moment you checkout, every interaction is encrypted and private.
How does SSL security work?
SSL certificates are issued by a certificate authority. This certificate authority will issue a certificate after it has confirmed the identity of the company applying for the certificate (that's us Native & Sewn). These certificates are embedded in what is known as the 'certificate store' in popular internet browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

How long will it take to get my order?
Your order should arrive in about 4-5 weeks. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but if for some reason there’s a delay, we will notify you. You will receive a confirmation email, which contains your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped through UPS.
Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.
I would like one of your outfits in a specific color, is this possible?
It sure is! One of the many benefits we offer is the freedom for you to have any outfit in our catalog or even an outfit style of your own, custom made in just about any color you can imagine. Simply send us a Custom Request and we’ll make your outfit in your must have color.
Do you make custom pants?
Yes we do! We can custom sew you a pair of long or short pants that will fit you perfectly. Our most popular pant request are: Full African Print (Ankara) Pants, Pants with African Print Accents and Chinos. Send us a Custom Request to have your very own pant custom made.
Do you sell Gele’s?
We do! A Gele is usually included with some of our Native Outfits. If you’re interested in purchasing a Gele, please send us a Custom Request.
Do you make matching couples outfits?
Yes! Send us a Custom Request and tell us about the outfit style you want custom made.
Do you make plus size clothing?
Yes! We can make any outfit using your measurements to make an outfit that fits you perfectly.
