Alterations & Returns

Not 100% happy with your purchase? No problem, we're here to make things right. Our goal is to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. For our custom apparel, we do offer a partial credit for alterations at your local tailor on a case by case bases. For most orders, we offer a Full Refund on products returned within 10 days of the ship date received and that is unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Any package received that does not meet the stated requirements will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

When shipping us your return item, we recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please include the original invoice or order email confirmation along with your package. For international returns, please declare the contents as "returned clothing" with a declared value of $1 USD to avoid being assessed any customs duties. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping charges.
